Abstract. In this paper we investigate Lie bialgebra structures on a twisted Schrödinger-Virasoro type algebra L. All Lie bialgebra structures on L are triangular coboundary, which is different from the relative result on the original Schrödinger-Virasoro type Lie algebra.
